Grand Canyon. Bryce, Zion itinerary mid March?

Here are two options I came up with - any thoughts? We could add a day somewhere if you think it%26#39;s best...we%26#39;re coming from San Francisco.

Fri, March 14 Fly Flagstaff overnight: Flagstaff

Sat, March 15 Drive Grand Canyon overnight: Grand Canyon

Sun, March 16 Grand Canyon, then drive 5 hours to Bryce overnight: Bryce

Mon, March 17 Bryce + drive2 hours to Zion overnight: Zion

Tues, March 18 Zion, drive to Vegas (4 hours) + fly home

OR

Fri, March 14 Fly to Vegas overnight: Vegas

Sat, March 15 drive Zion (4 hours) overnight: Zion

Sun, March 16 Zion + drive Bryce (2 hours) + Bryce overnight: Bryce

Mon, March 17 drive Grand Canyon (5 hours) + Grand Canyon overnight: Grand Canyon

Tues, March 18 Grand Canyon + drive Flagstaff (1.5 hours) + fly home (latest flight 8pm)

Afa I know flying Flagstaff means flying Phoenix first, Waiting time etc. Why don%26#39;t you fly and leave from Las Vegas? Hire a car in Las Vegas. No drop off charges either.

So Maybe:

3/14: Fly Las Vegas and drive in the direction of GCNP.Maybe stay Henderson or Boulder City or if you%26#39;ll have the time, Kingman.

3/15: Drive to GCNP. Visit to GCNP

3/16: See more of GCNP and drive to Page.

3/17: Drive to Bryce and visit Bryce.

3/18: To Zion and visit Zion.

3/19: To Las Vegas (only 3 hours drive and you%26#39;ll gain one hour due to time difference.). Leave Las Vegas in the evening.

Driving GCNP-Bryce directly will prob. take more than 5 hours and you%26#39;ll loose one hour. Also between Page and Bryce you%26#39;ll loose that hour but it%26#39;s a much shorter drive Page-Bryce. And you%26#39;ll have more time for GCNP.

Just be aware that there is a possibility of snow still in March in Norhtern Az.

Thanks for the warning - could roads, hikes, etc be closed at this time of year? Bad time of year to visit?
