Which Hampton Inn near airport

Hi Guys,

Could anyone hlp with which is in the better location? We want to stay near the airport for our last night using reward points and these are the 2 hotels we can manage as we have to book 2 rooms.

Hampton Inn

601 North 44th Street

Phoenix

or

Hampton Inn

4334 S. 48th Street

Phoenix

They are both close to the airport but do not know if one is in a better area than the other.

Which Hampton Inn near airport

I haven%26#39;t stayed at them, but I like the neighborhood of the northern one better. Easy access to the 202 and Downtown Tempe, and it%26#39;s across the street from Phoenix%26#39;s Chinatown (basically a strip mall).
