traveling with horses

Want to find a B%26amp;B near Phoenix where we can also house our horses and ride on our own nearby, preferrably straight off the property.

Hi, these websites should help you:

Thanks - I%26#39;ve checked most of these but will look again. Am finding plenty of places around Tucson but not around Phoenix which I hope is as far south as we have to drive for a short winter trip with our horses.

Here%26#39;s a suggestion that%26#39;s a bit different.

Page Springs is a little-known hamlet about 12 miles west of Sedona, Az. It doesn%26#39;t have the spectacular vistas of Sedona and it%26#39;s pretty rural in nature, but it is still a beatufil part of the state.

At about 3500 feet in elevation, the weather is moderate, though it will be cold at night in the winter.

I haven%26#39;t been to this B%26amp;B, but we used to own property right across the street so I can vouch for the area. It%26#39;s horse-friendly and very pretty with cottonwood trees, mountains, and Oak Creek about 1/4 mile away.

There are few services in the area: a rustic (but very good) restaurant just down the street and Sedona is a 15 minute drive.
