We%26#39;re staying in down town Scottsdale Area with family but can travel wherever in the Valley. It%26#39;s my daughters 21st birthday the end of the month. Any place fun to take her (with 18 year old sibling)? She wants someplace fun. Likes Olive and Ivy but we were looking for something more fun or lively for young adults!

Daughter's 21st Birthday DinnerThe hip trendy young crowd (I used to be in that!) loves Saporro on Scottsdale Rd....We tend to get there early for happy hour prices on sushi, but they have a full regular menu and the tables with the personal chefs for cooking shows. That might be a fun treat. Place is always lively and you will need reservations for anything after 5:30.

I second Saporro, if she likes Sushi. Very trendy hip crowd. Gets VERY crowded Fri nights for happy hour. It%26#39;s standing room only by 5.
Barcelona in N. Scottsdale is very popular too. Restraunt and nightclub all in one and there is a sushi lounge right next door.
Good one nocturnal...I just read an article about the new sushi place there and look forward to trying it. Barcelona is also good for their atmosphere.
Barcelona draws an older crowd, so I think the others would be more fun for 18-20 yr olds...
