long subject header I know!

Has anyone booked a rental home via a company called phoenixvacationrentalhomes.com. I had a very pleasant email exchange with the owner and paid a $500 deposit via paypal. I have sent her a few emails since and not heard anything!

Anyone had a similar experience?

I would suggest investing in a phone call to the owner if you haven%26#39;t heard from them.
