Summit or Ridge time share

Exchanging a week in Sedona this summer. Can anybody compare these 2 properties? Need for a couple 50%26#39;s no kids.

Hi, just got back from Summit on Sunday. The units were beautiful. Prior to our departure, some people posted re: construction noise, etc. I believe some people can never be satisfied without complaining. I would absolutely stay there again without hesitation. There was construction but we never heard any noise, although we weren%26#39;t in our rooms but to sleep. Too much to see while there!!!Absolutely beautiful. They serve continental breakfast, although we didn%26#39;t realize that until the day we checked out as we were constantly on the go. The location is very convenient to downtown Sedona.
