Which car rental would be in North Phoenix (say between Bell/Cactus and 17/51)? Need one that allows out of state travel. Thanks.

There%26#39;s an Enterprise location at Bell and the 51. Don%26#39;t know about out of state, but I%26#39;ve never known that to be an issue.

Budget allows out of state rentals and they have locations at supermarkets throughout Phoenix. The one I use is outside your area (Shea and 90th St), but you should be able to find others on the Budget website.

I%26#39;ve rented from the National office, inside the Embassy Suites on Greenway at I-17.

There%26#39;s quite a few Hertz Local edition offices in the area as well.

You may want to try the major companies%26#39; web sites and compare prices for what you want to do. I%26#39;ve also found that prices on 3rd party sites (like Orbitz) are sometimes lower.
