phoenix suns tickets

hello

Whilst on vacation I would like to go and see the phoenix suns on April 6th.

What is the best way to get tickets? The official ps site has courtside tickets at $600! a bit much and the ticket exchange service on the site offers tickets +$100 over face value and don%26#39;t offer international credit card sales (we are coming from the UK).

There are ticketing agencies which offer tickets - are they reliable (again they add $100 ontop of ticket price).

is it possible to buy a ticket on the day from the ticket office? I am keen to go and want to guarantee being able to get in - what would you suggest?

thanks

Hi

We have been to a Sunsgame in november. We stayed with friends in Scottsdale and my friend had arranged tickets. We had to pay over $ 100,-- per person for a $ 37.50 ticket on the second ring through a booking office. So very pricy.

Nevertheless we had a great time (Suns-Bulls) though next time I would want to sit somewhere nearer to the court. Afa I could see the arena was sold out.

Hope that Village People guy still is performing during the interval.

We parked our car in the parkinggarage ($ 10,--) just a 5 minutes walk from the arena.

Playing time only is 48 minutes but our total stay was over 3 hours. Wouldnot have missed it for the world. BTW, Suns won.

Suns tickets are just plain expensive, at least when compared to other pro sports in the US, like baseball or hockey. You won%26#39;t get tickets from the box office on game day, and the agencies are generally going to rip you off. I know of a couple of websites for ticket resellers, though I don%26#39;t know if they will handle international sales. The one I have used with constistenly reliable results is www.stubhub.com. The tickets are usually at or below face value (even including fees), and they usually arrive via FedEx in a couple of days. For last minute purchases, they will hold them for you at a site near the arena, and you can pick them up just before the game. I bought tickets for tonight%26#39;s game against Atlanta on Stub Hub last week, and received them at my office the next day. If they don%26#39;t handle international sales, you can probably still get seats once you arrive in the US. Another one I recently heard about -- but haven%26#39;t used, so can%26#39;t testify to reliability -- is www.purchasetix.com.

Maybe also see this website:

thanks to you both for all the really helpful info.

The best spot I found my Suns tickets at was Ticketmaster.com. Every other website had the price jacked up a lot more. The Suns sell out all of their games, so it%26#39;s tough to find affordable tickets.

www.ticketmaster.com is the best way to go. You can also purchase from people who have season tickets on the ticket exchange which is also at ticket master. You can try ebay for tickets but be careful on the delivery method and ask the seller questions first. If we arent going would gladly sell you our tickets but thats way to far in advance to know yet. LOL Good luck.

Hi blake we vist phoenix every year and go to as meny sport events as possiable , have used box office , agent etc but i find , belive it of not ? the scalpers out side offer the best deals if your not a season ticket holder . one whos number i have -

cell number 520 465 0066 ask for al.

good luck enjoy

Try outside the Arena as game is starting....

Be careful of computer printed tix or forgeries/fakes....

4/04 vs Minnesota T-Wolves will be a MUCH easier ticket than 4/06 against Dallas Mavs...Get real. Mavs are a big rival, national TV game, etc.

I%26#39;d be cautious about the suggestion from raidersfan (no offence) but its best to get tickets via ticketmaster from the ticket exchange (from season holders who can%26#39;t go) or from ebay. I wouldn%26#39;t trust a scalper with a 10 foot pole. Also as mentioned high profile games are already going to be sold out (Mav%26#39;s Lakers ect) and going mid week will help too.

I%26#39;m also sure that scalper doesn%26#39;t want his phone number plastered on the internet either.

Hi dragonfly , none taken , i only posted the sclaper option as just that , maybe weve just bean lucky for the last 17 years , also we enjoy a bit of banter with the guys ,and al wont mind after all his trying to sell tickets .
