Since you have a 4x4 vehicle with high clearance, you%26#39;ll want to drive up Schnebly Hill Road and back. Do it. Drive slowly, and plan about 2 hours for the 5 mile drive up to the meadow and then back down. You%26#39;ll love it.

All other roads around Sedona are paved and easy to navigate.

I second Redrox%26#39;s idea. It%26#39;s a great drive. Pack a lunch. There%26#39;s plenty of places to pull over, one in particular near the top that I can%26#39;t recall the name of, with a great view.
