Moving to Glendale AZ

Hi,

I need some advice, my sister is moving to glendale AZ, she%26#39;ll be working at Thomas Rd and 101. She%26#39;s looking for an apartment and wanting to know which location is a good, safe nice place to look for an apartment? She%26#39;s single and I want to look a safe place for her. Also we are looking for a decent apartment complex, price is not much of a problem.

Which way should she find a good location, should she go East,NE,Southeast,north,W/NW/SW etc?

I%26#39;ve been to Chandler AZ and I%26#39;m hoping to find something similar to Chandler or atleast close.
