phoenix vacation rental homes - anyone heard of them

I have booked a rental with phoenix vacation rental homes - homes rented out by owners.

I am getting a bit worried about them as the owner has taken a deposit and has confirmed she has received - she asked to email any questions which I did but she never replied which I thought odd.

I have had to pester her for a rental agreement which she has sent. I went to look at the website today and looked at the property I am (supposedly) renting it says it is available at the dates that I am visiting!! I have sent the owner an email asking what is going on - but given her past history I doubt she will reply.

I just want to know if anyone has ever heard of this company - can%26#39;t find them mentioned anywhere on this site. We are travelling from the UK so we can%26#39;t do much investigating from here - hoping someone on TA can help.

This is your second post about this, so it would appear that you should be getting rather suspicious. I advise contacting the web site directly. They list 2 phone numbers: 480-980-5967,

480-782-9272, and have a contact form on the web site. Frankly, I would spend only a few more days trying to get a response. You should then contact the Arizona Attorney General and make a complaint:
