high end outlet malls and cool consignment stores in Arizona

I am going to Phoenix, Arizona for a week. I am origirnally from Europe and love nice high end cloth, but want to by them at the outlet malls or consignment stores. I will have a car so I can drive nearly areas. I am talking about Neuman Macrus last call, or outlet of Barnes New York, or Giorgio Armani outlet, Nordstrom Rack. I love Nordstrom Rack. I also would like to find nice consignment stores nearby, a little bit towards higher end. I would so appreciate your advice.

Try neimanmarcus off the rack I don%26#39;t know the address but you can google it. You will get better deals at the malls try the Biltmore area. I just don%26#39;t know the address. Our ';outlets'; aren%26#39;t that great in Az any more.
